Sooooo this is an AU I’ve cooked up where Tim gets super anxious about the safety of people in his life because of all the shit that went down in the Red Robin comics so he assigns a member of the Titans to “look after” important people in his life. Rose gets assigned to Tam aaaaand you can fill in the blanks.
